I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first with Hotel Belleza due to some bad reviews. I have a young child so a quiet and family-friendly hotel is my top priority. I had booked another hotel but one week before our stay, they cancelled it. Then Hotel Belleza came across my path. I got scared with the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. What a great surprise! The staff was so nice to my family. I saw a lot of families with young kids, which gave me peace of mind about speculations in the reviews. We were acommodated in a quiet room, far from elevators. Location is great - 5 minutes walking from beach. Special shout out to the man in the reception overnight, when we checked in. - sorry, I forgot his name. Convenient kitchen with everything you would need for your vacation. We will definitely come back in a near future.

Our room was modern, clean, perfect size and looked as pictured if not better! The cleaning lady’s did exactly what they were supposed to, new towels every day, made our bed, and left our belongings untouched.

The location is perfect, very close to everything. The room was very big and comfortable, we had a coffee machine and microwave. The internet was good. They offered free coffee in the lobby during the morning.

super clean room. everything functions in the bath room : the air vent, hot water, shower drainage, flushing toilet : in many other hotels, with more stars, you may complain about at least one of those items not functioning well. Convenient digital safe box. Front desk staff super kind and knowledgeable, ready to accommodate your needs. Free trolley rides reaching all around South beach, just opposite to the hotel. 12 minutes walk to the beach with complimentary beach towel from the front desk. Walking distance to CVS store and various breakfast places. Citi bikes parking just opposite to the hotel. Because located within the convention center, no traffic noise at night and no police or fire trucks speeding up and down like in other parts of South beach. Very good complimentary wifi connection

Good comfort, very clean and located in Miami beach secure and very nice place to stay, The only problem is a parking I had a rental car and I have to drive by 5 minutes from the hotel to go park it also pay $ 20 a day wich is cost me almost $ 100 for 5 nights. Can you fix this? Except this everything else was more than excellent. Really want to go back there.

Hotel Belleza is a GEM! The room looks just like the pictures online- no weird surprises. Our room with 3 beds and a kitchen was perfect for our family during the week stay. Staff is attentive and bilingual (maybe more languages, but we just needed 2) which only made us more comfortable. The location is perfect- walkable to many places, and right on the trolley line for further down South Beach I liked that it isn't right in the busiest part- we felt calm and safe the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had a VRBO booking cancel a week before our trip (despite booking in July!!) I was freaking out and stumbled upon this place-and I am so glad I did! Sometimes things happen for a reason, right?

Nice hotel in walking distance to Miami South Beach. Also close to ocean drive, Lincoln road and espagnola way (10-15 minutes walk). Possibility to get beach towels for day at the front desk. Nice and helpful personnel. Hotel is next to 2 citi bike stations (ideal way to discover Miami. A 3 day rental costs 35 USD/person). Possibility to park car in a covered garage close to hotel (20USD/24 hrs). Great place to stay for 3-4 nights. Compared to the other Miami hotels a very good compromise between location and price!

The staff is extremely professional and pleasant. Most of the guests come from Europe, particularly from Italy, but the staff is ready for many languages. The location is just a few blocks from the beach and an ample parking lot, although it is more expensive to park there rather than a garage nearly a mile away if you can just jettison your car for your stay. The section of the beach near the hotel also has the advantage in that there are no high rises (instead there is a police substation) so you can see the sunset better from this part of the beach than down the road a bit. The WIFI and TV worked well, and it was nice to have a full kitchen where we were (we had a suite). Other conveniences near the hotel were a well-stocked deli and a CVS.
